Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MudLOVE Tap Rocks account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open the app → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account → confirm. Your account and data are removed from our servers immediately.

Option 2 — By request

Can't access the app? Send a deletion request from the email address on your account via the contact form (subject: "Delete my account") or email lavneet@ramarya.com. We process requests within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account (name, email, sign-in identifiers)
All focus modes and their blocked-app lists
All focus sessions and statistics
Paired rocks (NFC tag registrations)
Schedules and weekly goals
Device push-notification tokens

What isn't stored in the first place

Screen Time and app-usage data never leave your device (see our Privacy Policy), so there is nothing server-side to delete for them. Any on-device data is removed when you uninstall the app.

Note for Sign in with Apple users

After deleting your account you can also revoke the app's access under iPhone Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
